From the center of Arawa, head west on the main road (Bougainville Highway). Walk straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction where the road forks. Take the left fork onto the road leading towards the coastline. Continue walking for another 1.5 kilometers until you reach a small village called Piva. This area is a good point to ask locals for further directions to Kosinu Kuareema Waterfall, as they may be familiar with the path.

From Piva, follow the dirt path that leads into the forest. After about an hour of hiking, you should start to hear the sounds of the waterfall. Continue following the sounds until you reach the Kosinu Kuareema Waterfall.
