Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Lae Main Market, head east on Second Street towards the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Angau Drive. Continue walking straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Morobe Provincial Headquarters. Turn left onto the road that leads towards Garasa. Continue for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the sign for Saru Tuboro Adventure Trail on your right.

  • Bicycle

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Lae. Start from the Lae Main Market and head east on Second Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the first exit onto Angau Drive. Pedal straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the Morobe Provincial Headquarters. Turn left at the junction onto the road towards Garasa. Ride for about 1 kilometer, and you will find the Saru Tuboro Adventure Trail on your right.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the Lae Main Market, find a local bus heading towards Garasa. Board the bus and inform the driver or conductor that you wish to get off at the Saru Tuboro area. The bus will take you along Angau Drive; after about 15-20 minutes, ask to be dropped off near the junction leading to Saru Tuboro Adventure Trail. Walk for about 1 kilometer down the road until you see the entrance on your right.
