    If you are driving from Lae, head northeast on the M1 highway for about 45 kilometers. Take the exit toward Butaweng, which is well-marked. After turning off the highway, continue straight for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork and follow the signs leading to Butaweng Waterfalls. You'll need to park your car in the designated parking area at the base of the falls. Note that the roads can be rough, so a 4WD vehicle is recommended.
