Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the city center of Asunción, take the Avenida Eusebio Ayala heading towards the east. Continue straight on this road until you reach the intersection with Ruta 2 (also known as Ruta Transchaco). Merge onto Ruta 2 and follow the signs for Caacupé. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit toward Caacupé. Once in Caacupé, navigate towards JW6J+7XM, which is the location of Balneario Cristal. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a small fee for parking.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  To reach Balneario Cristal via public transportation, head to the Terminal de Ómnibus de Asunción. Look for buses heading to Caacupé; these are frequent and the journey takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Purchase a ticket for approximately 15,000 to 25,000 PYG. Once you arrive at the Caacupé terminal, you can either walk or take a taxi to JW6J+7XM, which is about 5 kilometers away. The taxi ride should cost around 30,000 PYG.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in the Capital District to Balneario Cristal. Be sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey. A taxi ride from downtown Asunción to Caacupé should cost between 120,000 to 150,000 PYG. The ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.

• Ride-sharing Services

  Using ride-sharing services like Uber is another option. Open the app and set your destination to JW6J+7XM, Caacupé. The price will vary based on demand, but expect to pay similar rates to taxis, approximately 120,000 to 150,000 PYG from central Asunción. The journey time will also be around 30-45 minutes.
