From Asunción, take Route 1 southbound and continue on the road for approximately 40 kilometers until you reach the junction for Route 2. Take Route 2 towards Areguá. Once you are in Areguá, follow the signs to 'Cerro Kõi' which is located on Ruta Aregua. Keep an eye out for parking areas near the entrance to the park. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel as there are limited gas stations along the route.
