If you are traveling by car, head towards the city of Areguá. From Asunción, take Route 1 (Ruta Transchaco) heading south for approximately 20 kilometers. Merge onto Route 2 (Ruta 2) and continue for about 10 kilometers until you see the signs for Areguá. Once you enter Areguá, follow the signs to Playa De Aregua, which is located near the shore of the Ypacaraí Lake. There is parking available nearby, but it may have a small fee of around 2,000 to 5,000 PYG (Paraguayan Guaraní).
