If you're driving, start from the main entrance of Ybycui National Park, located on the road to Ybycui. Head west on the main road until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn right onto Route 1 and continue for approximately 25 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Cerro Corá National Park. Turn left onto Picada Lorito Road and follow it for about 10 kilometers until you reach the designated parking area. From the parking area, it is a short hike to Cerro Muralla.
