From the center of Allegheny National Forest, head east on PA-346 E (also known as the Kinzua Road). Continue on PA-346 E for about 15 miles until you reach the junction with US-219 N. Take the US-219 N exit towards Bradford. After about 4 miles, take the exit toward PA-59 W. Follow PA-59 W for approximately 2 miles until you see signs for the Allegheny National Recreation Area - Reservoir Unit. Turn right onto Reservoir Road, which leads directly into the recreation area.
