Continue on US-219 S until you reach the intersection with I-80 E. Merge onto I-80 E and travel approximately 30 miles. Take exit 123 for US-220 S towards Lock Haven, then continue on US-220 S. After about 70 miles, merge onto I-99 S toward Altoona. After approximately 20 miles, take exit 31 for US-22 E toward Altoona. Finally, take the exit for PA-764 E and follow the signs to Horseshoe Curve, located at 2400 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Altoona, PA 16601.
