From Bald Eagle State Park, head east on PA-150 N for approximately 8 miles. Then merge onto I-80 E via the ramp to Williamsport. After about 21 miles, take exit 173 for PA-287 N toward Wellsboro. Continue on PA-287 N for approximately 22 miles until you reach the junction with PA-660. Turn right onto PA-660, and follow the signs for Leonard Harrison State Park Visitor Center, located at 4797 PA-660, Wellsboro, PA 16901.
