If you are driving, start from the Bald Eagle State Park entrance. Follow the park road until you reach the intersection with Route 150. Turn left onto Route 150 North. Continue on Route 150 for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with Woodward Road (also known as Route 144). Turn right onto Woodward Road and follow it for approximately 3 miles. Look for signs directing you to Penn's View Overlook. There is parking available at the overlook.
