Getting There

    From Bald Eagle State Park, head south on PA-150 S. Continue for approximately 7 miles until you reach the exit for US-220 S. Merge onto US-220 S. After about 15 miles, take exit 26 for PA-45 E toward Millheim. Turn left onto PA-45 E and continue for about 10 miles. Then, turn right onto PA-192 E, and follow it for about 3 miles. Finally, turn left onto Poe Valley Rd, and you will see the entrance to Poe Valley State Park on your right. The total drive is about 40-45 minutes depending on traffic.

    From Bald Eagle State Park, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus station, as public transportation options are limited. The closest major bus station is in Lock Haven, which is about 20 miles away. From Lock Haven, you can catch a Greyhound or local bus that heads toward State College.
