Get off at the Frederick Transit Center. From there, walk to 12 E Church St, which is about 0.5 miles east from the transit center. Simply head east on Church St, and you will reach Winchester Hall.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, you can make your way to Winchester Hall by cycling. Start from the Gettysburg town square and head east on Lincoln Square.
