If you're driving from anywhere in Great Valley, start by heading southeast on PA-352 S (also known as Great Valley Rd). Continue for about 5 miles, then take the ramp to US-202 S toward West Chester. Merge onto US-202 S and continue for approximately 8 miles. Take exit 24 for PA-29 N toward Phoenixville. After exiting, turn left onto PA-29 N (Bridge St). Continue straight for about 2 miles, then turn right onto Black Rock Rd. The entrance to Black Rock Park will be on your right at 1286 Black Rock Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460. There is no parking fee at the park.

To reach Black Rock Park via public transportation, you can take the SEPTA Regional Rail Line (Paoli/Thorndale Line) to the Paoli Station. From there, take the 92 bus operated by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) towards Phoenixville. Get off at the 'Black Rock Rd & Fox Hill Dr' stop. From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.5 miles south on Black Rock Rd to reach the park entrance at 1286 Black Rock Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460. Make sure to check the SEPTA schedule for the latest bus timings and fare information, which typically costs around $2.50.
