From Great Valley, head northwest on Rte 202 N toward Rte 30 W. Merge onto Rte 30 W and continue for about 30 miles until you reach the exit for Rte 15 N. Take the exit for Rte 15 N toward Williamsport. Continue on Rte 15 N for approximately 85 miles. Take exit 173 for Rte 660 toward Wellsboro. Follow Rte 660 for about 10 miles until you reach PA Grand Canyon at 4797 Rte 660, Wellsboro, PA 16901. Be aware that there may be tolls along Rte 15, so keep some cash or a toll pass handy.
