Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Great Valley. Head south on PA-29 S (Phoenixville Pike) toward Route 202. Merge onto I-76 E (Schuylkill Expressway) and continue for about 15 miles. Take exit 1A for I-295 S toward Delaware Memorial Bridge. After approximately 20 miles, take exit 26 for NJ-130 S. Continue on NJ-130 S for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Hessian Ave. Fort Mercer will be on your right after about 0.5 miles. There is ample parking available near the site.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, take the SEPTA train from Great Valley to 69th Street Terminal. From there, transfer to the NJ Transit Route 413 bus heading toward National Park. Ride the bus for approximately 45 minutes until you reach the stop near 100 Hessian Ave. Please check the latest schedules and fares on the NJ Transit website. A one-way fare for the bus is approximately $2.50.
