    If you are driving from the center of Happy Valley (State College), head northeast on W College Ave toward S Allen St. Continue for about 5.5 miles until you reach the intersection with PA-550 N. Turn right onto PA-550 N and continue for approximately 7 miles. You will then see signs for Scotia Range Rd. Turn left onto Scotia Range Rd and follow the road until you reach Scotia Barrens, which should be on your left. There is no fee for parking in the area.
