To reach Cove Valley Travel Plaza by car from Happy Valley, start by heading east on W College Ave toward S Atherton St. Continue on W College Ave for approximately 10 miles until you reach US-322 E. Merge onto US-322 E and follow the signs for Harrisburg. After about 15 miles, take the exit toward PA-453 S. Continue on PA-453 S for about 8 miles, then turn left onto Pump Station Rd. Cove Valley Travel Plaza will be on your left at 3005 Pump Station Rd, Waterfall, PA 16689. There are no tolls on this route.
