If you are starting from the Hersheypark area, walk to the nearest bus stop located at 100 Hersheypark Dr. Take the Derry Township bus (Route 2) towards Hummelstown. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at E. Chocolate Ave. & S. Lemoyne Ave. From there, transfer to the Derry Township bus (Route 3) towards the Hershey Medical Center. After approximately 10 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to E. Mansion Rd. Walk east on E. Mansion Rd for about 5 minutes to reach Milton S. Hershey Mansion, located at 100 E Mansion Rd.

If you are near the Hershey Theatre, head south on E. Caracas Ave until you reach E. Chocolate Ave. Turn left onto E. Chocolate Ave and walk east for about 0.5 miles until you see the intersection with E. Mansion Rd. Turn right onto E. Mansion Rd, and the Milton S. Hershey Mansion will be on your left at 100 E Mansion Rd.
