If you are driving to St Mary's Bridge from the central Juniata River Valley area, head east on Route 22/322. Continue on this route for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit toward Orbisonia and merge onto Route 522 South. After about 3 miles, turn left onto Covered Bridge Rd. Follow this road for about 1 mile, and you will arrive at St Mary's Bridge, located at the end of the road. There is no parking fee for this location.

To reach St Mary's Bridge via public transportation, take a Greyhound or local bus service to the nearest town with public transport services, such as Huntingdon. From Huntingdon, you can use a local taxi service to reach Orbisonia. Request the driver to take you to Covered Bridge Rd, Orbisonia, PA 17243. The taxi fare may vary, but expect to pay around $20 to $30 for the trip. Once you arrive at Covered Bridge Rd, you will find St Mary's Bridge just a short walk from where you are dropped off.
