If you are driving, start on US-15 S from any location in Lower Susquehanna Valley. Follow US-15 S for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit for PA-581 E towards Harrisburg. Merge onto PA-581 E and continue for about 5 miles. Take exit 4B to merge onto I-83 N towards Harrisburg. After about 2 miles, take exit 43B for US-22 W/US-322 W. Continue on US-22 W for approximately 1 mile, then take the exit for Capital Area Greenbelt. Follow the signs to the Five Senses Gardens, located at Capital Area Greenbelt, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
