From City Hall, walk to the nearest bus stop on Market Street at 15th Street. Take the bus number 17 or 33 heading towards the east. Get off at the 4th Street stop. Walk one block west on Chestnut Street, and you will find the Benjamin Franklin Museum at 317 Chestnut Street on your right.
Public Transit (Subway)
From the 69th Street Terminal, take the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) towards Frankford Transportation Center. Transfer at 15th Street Station, then take the City Hall exit. Walk south on 15th Street towards Market Street, then head east on Market Street. Turn left onto 4th Street and walk one block to Chestnut Street. The museum will be on your left at 317 Chestnut Street.

If you're renting a bike, start from the Schuylkill River Trail and head towards Chestnut Street. Continue on Chestnut Street heading east, passing the Liberty Bell Center and Independence Hall. The Benjamin Franklin Museum will be on your left at 317 Chestnut Street.
