If you're starting from Independence Hall, head east on Chestnut Street for about 0.3 miles. You'll pass several shops and cafes along the way. The Benjamin Franklin Museum will be on your left at 317 Chestnut Street, just past 4th Street.

From City Hall, walk to the nearest bus stop on Market Street at 15th Street. Take the bus number 17 or 33 heading towards the east. Get off at the 4th Street stop. Walk one block west on Chestnut Street, and you will find the Benjamin Franklin Museum at 317 Chestnut Street on your right.

From the 69th Street Terminal, take the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) towards Frankford Transportation Center. Transfer at 15th Street Station, then take the City Hall exit. The museum will be on your left at 317 Chestnut Street.
