    If you are starting from the Betsy Ross House (239 Arch St), head south on Arch Street towards 2nd Street. Turn left onto 2nd Street and walk until you reach Walnut Street. Turn right onto Walnut Street, then take a left at the next street, which is Sansom Walk. Continue straight, and you'll find Welcome Park on your right at 129 Sansom Walk.

    From the Independence National Historical Park (143 S 3rd St), head north on 3rd Street and take a left onto Chestnut Street. Walk west until you reach 2nd Street. Turn right onto 2nd Street and continue until you arrive at Walnut Street. Turn left onto Walnut Street, and then take a left onto Sansom Walk. Welcome Park will be at 129 Sansom Walk, just ahead on the right.
