Walking
If you are in the vicinity of Point State Park, head north on Commonwealth Pl toward Fort Pitt Blvd. Continue on Fort Pitt Blvd which will turn into Liberty Ave. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Sixth Ave. Turn left onto Sixth Ave, and you will find Mellon Square on your right. It is approximately a 15-minute walk.

From the Pittsburgh International Airport, take the 28X Airport Flyer bus to the 'Liberty Ave + 10th St' stop. Transfer to the 51 bus toward 'Downtown' and get off at 'Sixth Ave + Smithfield St'.
