If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards Route 611. From any central location in the Pocono Mountains, take Route 611 North. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 715. Turn left onto Route 715 South. After approximately 2 miles, turn right onto Camelback Road (Route 390). Follow Camelback Road for about 3 miles, and Big Pocono State Park will be on your left at 980 Camelback Rd, Tannersville, PA 18372. There is no entrance fee for the park, but parking is available.

If you are using public transportation, check the schedule for the Pocono Pony bus service. You can catch the bus from various points in the Pocono Mountains. Look for the Route 1 that services the Tannersville area. Once you reach Tannersville, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to get to Big Pocono State Park since it is about 2 miles away from the nearest bus stop. Expect to pay around $10-$15 for the taxi ride.
