There is parking available at the site, and there is no cost for parking.

Follow the riverbank south for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach Tower Road. Turn left onto Tower Road and walk up the hill to the tower. This walk will take you about 30-40 minutes and offers a beautiful view of the river along the way.
