Los Incas, which will turn into the Panamericana Sur (Route 1). Follow the Panamericana Sur for approximately 20 km until you reach the turnoff for La Joya. Take the exit towards La Joya and follow the signs. After about 7 km, you will arrive at the Oasis de Mocoro, located at coordinates -16.4184688, -71.8442673. Make sure to check for parking upon arrival.
