Walking

From the center of Ica, start at the Plaza de Armas. Head southwest on Avenida San Martin. Walk for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenida La Libertad. Turn left onto Avenida La Libertad and continue walking for about 2 kilometers. You will see signs for Huacachina. As you approach Huacachina, you will enter a more scenic area lined with palm trees and sand dunes. Continue walking until you reach the Oasis, 056 Balneario Huacachina 178, which is located right in the heart of Huacachina.

Public Transport (Bus)

From the Plaza de Armas in Ica, locate the bus stop nearby. Look for a bus heading to Huacachina; they frequently run every 15-20 minutes. The bus will take you directly to Huacachina. The journey will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Huacachina, you can walk to Oasis, 056 Balneario Huacachina 178, which is a short stroll from the bus drop-off point.

Bicycle Rental

If you're feeling adventurous, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Ica. Start your journey from the Plaza de Armas and cycle southwest on Avenida San Martin. Follow the same route as if you were walking, but enjoy the faster pace on the bike! It should take you around 30 minutes to reach Huacachina. Once you arrive, park your bicycle and walk to Oasis, 056 Balneario Huacachina 178.
