If you are near the Plaza de Armas in Iquitos, start by heading south on Calle Prospero until you reach the intersection with Avenida Putumayo. Turn left onto Avenida Putumayo and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Union. Turn right onto Calle Union. Continue walking for about 5 blocks, and you will find the Grand Amazon Lodge and Tours Office located at Calle Union 205, P.J. 9 de Octubre.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops near the Plaza de Armas. Head south on Calle Prospero until you reach Avenida Putumayo. Turn left onto Avenida Putumayo and cycle straight until you arrive at Calle Union. Turn right onto Calle Union and bike for approximately 5 blocks. The Grand Amazon Lodge and Tours Office will be on your right at Calle Union 205, P.J. 9 de Octubre.
