Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Nazca. Head southwest on Avenida de la Cultura towards Avenida Jorge Chavez. Continue straight for about 4 km. At the intersection, take a right onto Carretera Panamericana Sur (Route 1). After about 5 km, look for a dirt road on your left, which leads towards the Rostro Escondido. Follow this dirt road for approximately 2 km until you reach the location at coordinates -14.8358687, -74.9327583. Be prepared for uneven terrain and drive carefully.
Public Transportation
To reach Rostro Escondido via public transportation, start at the Nazca main bus terminal. Look for a local minibus or colectivo heading towards Palpa. The fare is usually around 5-10 PEN. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the junction for Rostro Escondido. After about 30 minutes, you'll reach the junction. From there, you will need to walk approximately 2 km on a dirt road to the site. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the path can be rough.
