Starting from the main square, Plaza de Armas, head south on Avenida Lima. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jr. Lima. Turn left onto Jr. Lima. Walk for about 5 minutes, and you will see LAKE TITICACA TRAVEL at Jr. Lima 399 on your left.
