If you're in Basco town proper, start at the Basco Lighthouse. From the lighthouse, head south towards the main road (Valugan Beach Road). Continue walking for about 1 km until you reach the junction. Turn right onto the road leading to Brgy. San Antonio. Follow this road for approximately 1.5 km until you see a sign for Basco Rolling Hills on your left. The hills are about 200 meters down this path.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Basco. Start your journey from the town center, riding towards the Basco Lighthouse. Once you reach the lighthouse, continue on Valugan Beach Road for approximately 1 km. At the junction, make a right turn onto the road leading to Brgy. San Antonio. Keep pedaling for about 1.5 km, and watch for the sign to Basco Rolling Hills on your left. The hills are a short ride down this path.
