To reach Paguriran Island by public transportation, you can take a bus or van going to Sorsogon City from major cities in the Bicol Region such as Legazpi or Naga. Once you arrive at the Sorsogon City bus terminal, look for a jeepney or tricycle that can take you to Barangay Sawanga. Make sure to specify that you are going to Sawanga Beach. The fare for the jeepney is typically around PHP 10-20. Upon reaching Sawanga Beach, you will need to walk a short distance to access the lagoon.
