From Station 1, head east along the beach towards the end of White Beach. Walk past the beachfront establishments until you reach the end of the beach area. This should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you reach the end, you will see a path leading up towards Mount Luho. Follow this path, which will take you through some residential areas. Keep walking until you see signs indicating the way to Bulabog Viewpoint.

Tricycle
If you prefer to save time, you can take a tricycle from anywhere in Station 1. Simply ask the driver to take you to 'Bulabog Viewpoint' or 'Mount Luho'. The fare should be around 100-150 PHP. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. The driver will drop you off at the foot of the hill, and from there, you will need to walk up the path to reach the viewpoint, which may take an additional 10-15 minutes.
