Walking
From the center of Station 1, head towards the shoreline and walk along the beach path. Keep the ocean on your left and walk towards the north end of White Beach. You will pass various resorts and beach bars. Continue walking until you reach Balabag Plaza, which is a small area with some local shops and eateries. House of Howell-Boracay is located at XW9C+F7H, Balabag Plaza. It should be a short walk of approximately 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a tricycle from various points in Station 1. Simply flag down a tricycle driver and tell them you want to go to Balabag Plaza.
