Recto Avenue and walk until you reach the intersection with Don Apolinar Velez St. Cross the street and continue walking straight. Vicente de Lara Park will be on your right side, just a short walk down the street.

    From the City Hall area, find a jeepney terminal nearby. Look for a jeepney that has 'Bugo' or 'Gusa' on its signage. Board the jeepney and tell the driver to drop you off at the corner of C.M. Recto Avenue and Don Apolinar Velez St. After getting off, walk towards Don Apolinar Velez St. Vicente de Lara Park will be on your left, just a short distance from the corner.
