If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Tuguegarao City, the capital of Cagayan. Take the Cagayan Valley Road (National Route 3) heading southwest towards Isabela. Continue driving for approximately 45 kilometers until you reach the town of Cordon. Once in Cordon, look for the MCG2+JHQ area, which is the location of Blue Lagoon. Make sure to follow local signage for tourist attractions. Parking is available near the site, but be aware of any parking fees that may apply.

To reach Blue Lagoon via public transportation, take a bus from Tuguegarao City to Cordon. Buses from Tuguegarao to Cordon depart regularly from the main bus terminal. Once you arrive in Cordon, you can either walk or take a tricycle to MCG2+JHQ. Tricycle fares in Cordon usually range from PHP 20-50 per person, depending on the distance.
