If you are driving, start from Tuguegarao City, head northwest on the National Highway, and follow the signs toward Tabuk City. Continue on the National Highway for approximately 90 kilometers until you reach Tabuk. Once in Tabuk, look for Bulo National Road. Turn left onto Bulo National Road and follow it for about 7 kilometers. Bulo Lake will be on your right. Make sure to have a map or GPS for precise navigation.

From Tuguegarao City, take a bus bound for Tabuk City. The trip will take around 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arriving at Tabuk City, you can either hire a tricycle or a local jeepney to take you to Bulo Lake. Indicate to the driver that you're going to Bulo Lake, and they should be familiar with the location. The fare for the tricycle ride should be around 50-100 PHP, while jeepney fares are typically lower, around 20-30 PHP, depending on the distance.
