If you are traveling by car, start from Tuguegarao City, the capital of Cagayan Valley. Head southeast on the National Road and follow signs for Peñablanca. After approximately 13 kilometers, turn left onto Peñablanca - Callao Cave Road. Continue on this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Callao Cave. Parking is available near the entrance, and there may be a small fee for parking.

Public Transportation
To reach Callao Cave via public transportation, first take a jeepney or bus from Tuguegarao City to Peñablanca. The fare should be around PHP 20-30. Once you arrive in Peñablanca, you can hire a tricycle for about PHP 50-100 to take you directly to Callao Cave. Make sure to negotiate the fare with the tricycle driver before starting your journey.

If you are already in Peñablanca and prefer to walk, you can head to Callao Cave from the town center. It's about a 30 to 45-minute walk (approximately 3 kilometers). Just follow the main road towards the east, and you will see signs for Callao Cave along the way.
