If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Santiago City in Isabela. Take the Maharlika Highway (AH26) heading southeast. Continue driving for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction at Aglipay, Quirino. Turn left onto the local road (CH76) and follow the signs towards Pensal Falls. The falls are located approximately 5 kilometers down this road, and you will see signs directing you to the parking area near the falls.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Santiago City to Aglipay, Quirino. Buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal. The fare should be around 50-70 PHP. Once you arrive in Aglipay, you can hire a tricycle to take you directly to Pensal Falls. The tricycle ride will cost approximately 100-150 PHP. Make sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.

Hiking/Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and are already in Aglipay, after arriving via public transport, you can choose to hike the last few kilometers to Pensal Falls. The trail is relatively easy and follows the riverbank, providing beautiful views along the way. Ensure you wear proper hiking shoes and carry enough water. It’s about a 2-kilometer walk from the tricycle drop-off point to the falls.
