Turn left onto the Baggao-Pinacuan Road and drive for approximately 20 km. You'll need to turn left onto a dirt road (about 1.5 km before reaching the center of Baggao). Follow the dirt road until you see signs for Duba Cave. Parking is available near the entrance.
