Getting There

• By Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey by getting on the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) from your location in Calabarzon. Follow the signs to Batangas. Once you reach the Batangas exit, take the Batangas City exit. Continue on the National Road towards Taal. After passing Taal town, follow the signs to Agoncillo. The Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay is located on Taal - Tagaytay Road, VWJC+V49, Agoncillo, Batangas. There is parking available near the shrine.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  To reach the shrine using public transportation, head to a bus terminal in your area that offers routes to Batangas City. Look for buses that are headed towards Taal or Nasugbu. Inform the bus conductor that you are heading to Caysasay. Upon reaching the Batangas City bus terminal, switch to a jeepney or tricycle that goes to Agoncillo. Ask the driver for the nearest drop-off point to the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay. The fare for the bus ride will vary depending on your starting point, typically ranging from PHP 100 to PHP 200, and the jeepney or tricycle fare will be around PHP 20 to PHP 50.

• Public Transportation - Jeepney/Tricycle

  If you are already in Batangas City, proceed to the jeepney terminal. Look for jeepneys bound for Taal or Agoncillo. Once you board, inform the driver that you are going to the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Caysasay. The fare for the jeepney ride is around PHP 20. Alternatively, you can opt for a tricycle, which may be slightly more expensive at around PHP 50 to PHP 100, depending on your exact location and negotiation.
