If you're in a more remote area, you can use a habal-habal. Look for a habal-habal driver and tell them you want to go to St. Nino Cold Spring. The fare might be slightly higher than a tricycle, around 150-200 PHP. This option is faster and will take you directly to the entrance of the spring.
