If you are in the main town of Mambajao, head towards the jeepney terminal located near the market. From there, take a jeepney heading to Guinsiliban. The fare is inexpensive, usually around 20-30 PHP. The ride takes about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Guinsiliban, ask the driver to drop you off near the Guinsiliban Central Elementary School. From there, walk towards the school, and you will see Moro Tower nearby. The tower is located just beside the school premises.

Rent a bicycle from any local rental shop in Mambajao. Begin your journey by cycling towards the east coast road. Continue cycling for approximately 8 kilometers until you reach the Guinsiliban area. Look for signs directing you to the Guinsiliban Central Elementary School. The tower is right next to the school, making it easy to spot as you approach.
Tricycle
Find a tricycle in Mambajao and negotiate a fare to Guinsiliban. Most tricycle drivers are familiar with Moro Tower, so simply mention it along with Guinsiliban Central Elementary School as your destination. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes, and upon arrival, the driver will drop you off at or near the elementary school, from where you can easily access the tower.
