This road is known as the 'Camiguin Circumferential Road.' Continue walking along this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to Guinsiliban. Look for signs that indicate the direction to Guinsiliban. After reaching the junction, continue on the path for another 2 kilometers, and you will see signs pointing towards Mount Butay.
