If you are starting from the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, exit the cathedral area and head southeast towards the Plaza Sugbo. Walk straight on the main road until you reach the junction with Osmeña Boulevard. Turn left onto Osmeña Boulevard and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will see the Jose Rizal Monument on your right, located near the intersection with Legaspi Street.
