    Walking

    If you are starting from the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral, exit the cathedral area and head southeast towards the Plaza Sugbo. Walk straight on the main road until you reach the junction with Osmeña Boulevard. Turn left onto Osmeña Boulevard and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will see the Jose Rizal Monument on your right, located near the intersection with Legaspi Street.

    If you are near the Fuente Osmeña Circle, exit the circle and head southwest towards N. Bacalso Avenue. Walk along N. Bacalso for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction with Osmeña Boulevard. Turn right onto Osmeña Boulevard and continue for another 5 minutes. The Jose Rizal Monument will be on your left as you approach the intersection with Legaspi Street.

    Public Transportation (Jeepney)

    From Ayala Center Cebu, take a jeepney that routes to Carbon Market (usually marked with '02'). Ride the jeepney until you reach the stop at Osmeña Boulevard. Get off at the junction near the Cebu Provincial Capitol. From there, walk a short distance south on Osmeña Boulevard. The Jose Rizal Monument will be on your right as you approach Legaspi Street.
