Walking
If you are starting from the Cebu City Hall, walk east towards Osmeña Boulevard and head to the nearest jeepney terminal. Take a jeepney going to 'Mactan' or 'Lapulapu' (look for signs). The fare is around 10 PHP. Once you are on the jeepney, tell the driver that you are going to Magellan's Marker. It will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the corner of Punta Engaño Road. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see Magellan's Marker on your right side, near the waterfront.

Public Bus
Begin your journey at the Cebu South Bus Terminal. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Lapu-Lapu City. The fare is approximately 30 PHP. The bus ride can take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lapu-Lapu City bus terminal, exit and walk towards the nearest jeepney stop. Board a jeepney heading to Punta Engaño. After about 10 minutes, get off at Punta Engaño Road. Walk for about 5-7 minutes, and you will find Magellan's Marker on your left side.

Motorcycle Ride (Habala-Habala)
From your current location in Cebu City, find a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) driver. Negotiate a fare with them (usually around 50-100 PHP depending on the distance). Ask the driver to take you directly to Magellan's Marker. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes, and they can drop you off right at the marker.

You can hail a taxi from anywhere in Cebu City. Provide the driver with the address of Magellan's Marker: '6015 Punta Engaño Rd, Lapu-Lapu City'.
