Walking
If you are starting from the Cebu City Hall, walk east towards Osmeña Boulevard and head to the nearest jeepney terminal. Take a jeepney going to 'Mactan' or 'Lapulapu' (look for signs). The fare is around 10 PHP. Once you are on the jeepney, tell the driver that you are going to Magellan's Marker. It will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the corner of Punta Engaño Road. From there, walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will see Magellan's Marker on your right side, near the waterfront.
