Public Bus
From any location in Cebu City, make your way to the North Bus Terminal located at the corner of EDSA and M.J. Cuenco Avenue. Here, you can find buses heading to Lapu-Lapu City. Purchase a ticket to Lapu-Lapu City. Once you arrive at the Lapu-Lapu City Bus Terminal, you can take a motorcycle taxi (habal-habal) or a tricycle to Buyong Road. Inform the driver that you want to go to Mundo Island, and they will drop you off at the nearest point where you can access the island.

Head to the V-Hire Terminal in Cebu City located near the Ayala Center Cebu. Look for vans heading to Lapu-Lapu City. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to go to Buyong Road. The journey will take around 30-45 minutes. Upon reaching Buyong Road, you can either walk to Mundo Island if it's nearby or take a tricycle or motorcycle taxi (habal-habal) to reach your final destination.
