To reach Mantayupan Falls from Cebu City, start by heading to the Cebu South Bus Terminal. You can take a taxi or a Grab ride to the terminal. Once there, look for buses heading to Barili; these are usually marked with a sign indicating their destination. The trip will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Once you arrive at Barili, inform the bus conductor that you want to go to Mantayupan Falls. After disembarking at Barili, take a motorcycle taxi (habal-habal) to the falls, which is around 10-15 minutes away.

From Cebu City, go to the Ayala Center Cebu or the South Bus Terminal where V-Hire vans are available. Look for vans headed to Barili. The journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. When you arrive in Barili, ask the driver to drop you off near Mantayupan Falls or take a habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) for a short ride to the falls, which is approximately 10-15 minutes away.
