If you're in Tagbilaran City, head to the Tagbilaran City Proper. You can take a tricycle from anywhere in the city to the terminal that offers routes to Loon. Ask the driver to take you to the Loon Terminal. It is about a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at the Loon Terminal, you can take another tricycle to Our Lady of Light Church, which is approximately a 10-minute ride from the terminal.

From Tagbilaran City, you can catch a bus to Loon at the Tagbilaran Integrated Bus Terminal. Make sure to board a bus that is heading towards Loon. The journey will take about 45 minutes to an hour. Once you reach Loon, you will need to take a tricycle to Our Lady of Light Church, which is about 5-10 minutes away from the bus stop.

If you are coming from nearby islands or places like Cebu, you can take a ferry to Tagbilaran City. From the port, you can take a tricycle to the Tagbilaran City Proper and then proceed as described above either by tricycle or bus to Loon. Alternatively, if you are closer to Loon, you may find small boat services that can take you directly to Loon's shoreline, and from there you can take a local tricycle to Our Lady of Light Church.
